New higher alcohol proof beers to hit Montana market

In spring of 2009, the Montana senate passed a law increasing the level of alcohol microbreweries could use from 8.75% alcohol/volume to 14% alcohol/volume. Once the law was passed, breweries started making higher proof beers. Big Sky Brewery in Missoula, MT just finished their first batch of stronger beer and is looking to get it out on the national market.
